What is the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter is the Medicare education site plus the Medicare Confidence Center Lite — four calculators. Professional adds the full Center (all twelve, including IRMAA and Medigap versus Advantage), your co-branded Social Security analyzer, AI explanations for prospects, and a larger prospect allowance.
What counts as a prospect?
An identified visitor — someone our identification layer named from your anonymous traffic, or someone who ran a calculator or downloaded the handbook and gave their details. Each plan includes an allowance per month; beyond it, $2 each.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your ProspectMatch dashboard; the Center follows the tier both directions.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.
Do you build the site, or do I?
We do. Sign up, add your logo, headshot and a short bio, and your site goes live at your subdomain — or your own domain, if you have one.
